About Project Black Hole
Use this map to help us build a complete picture of support availability across Australia. Each pin lets us track service access issues by location and funding type.
How to add a pin
- Search for your suburb, town or postcode using the search box above the map.
- Select the correct location from the autocomplete list.
- Pan/zoom the map into the exact location you want to report, then click the map marker icon (or click on the map spot) to pin it.
- In the feedback form that appears, choose the correct service level and funding type, then add a short comment about your experience.
- Click Submit, then check the confirmation message to ensure your data is recorded.
Tip: If the location is tricky, zoom in close and use the right-click/drag controls to get precise placement.
